KPSA SUMMIT 2026

The Edge of Excellence

KPSA Virtual Summit 2026

About the Summit

From EDGE to EMBODMINENT: Reclaiming Pleasure

We named the edge. Now we come back to the body.

The KPSA Summit returns with a deeper focus on what it means to live this work, not just talk about it. From Edge to Embodiment is about reconnecting to the body as a site of truth, power, and possibility. It is about reclaiming pleasure as something intentional, practiced, and for many, something that has been interrupted, denied, or taken.

Not all bodies move through the world the same way. Access to pleasure is shaped by identity, ability, size, neurotype, age, culture, and lived experience. Some bodies are affirmed. Others are questioned, ignored, or excluded. If we are serious about embodiment, we have to be honest about that.

This summit creates space to explore how people reconnect to sensation, navigate disconnection, and build a relationship with their body on their own terms. We look at how power shows up in the body, how pleasure can be reclaimed, and what it takes to sustain both in real life.

Through keynotes, panels, workshops, and community-centered conversations, we move beyond theory and into practice.

Returning to the Body

Day One invites us to slow down and reconnect with the body as a source of information, pleasure, power, and possibility. We explore how embodiment is shaped by our bodies, identities, experiences, and the ways we move through the world. Together, we consider what it means to listen to the body, recognize its wisdom, and create greater access to pleasure across differences in size, ability, neurotype, age, and lived experience.

  • Keynote:  From Edge to Embodiment: Reclaiming Pleasure, Reclaiming Power

  • Panel: Whose Body Gets to Feel good?

  • Workshop: The Body as Information

Day two: Sunday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Central Standard Time

Living the Work

Day Two moves from awareness into action, exploring how embodiment, pleasure, and power become part of our everyday practices and professional lives. We consider what it takes to sustain this work, adapt to changing needs, and stay connected to ourselves while holding space for others. Through conversation, shared learning, and opportunities for connection, participants are invited to bring the work into practice in ways that are meaningful, sustainable, and responsive to the bodies and communities they serve.

  • Morning Grounding

  • Solo Talk/Workshop: Pain as Pleasure

  • Panel: Holding Power in The Body

  • "Special Interests" Breakout Rooms
