The Edge of Excellence is more than an event—it’s a call to those doing this work with depth, intention, and soul. Join us for two days of critical dialogue, visioning, and collective care as we explore what it means to practice kink work with integrity, clarity, and community.
This summit brings together professionals, practitioners, educators, and allies invested in trauma-informed, liberatory, and ethical kink-based care. Whether you’re certified, self-taught, seasoned, or just starting out—if you’re committed to moving the work forward, you belong here.

Summit Schedule Overview
Day One: Saturday 10:00 am - 2:00pm
Identity, and Embodied Integrity
This day centers the inner work and ethical grounding required to do kink-based care with depth and authenticity. We’ll explore the impact of trauma, identity, and power on our understanding of consent and professionalism, and create space for reflection, insight, and connection.

Why KPSA?
The Kink Professional Standards Alliance (KPSA) is a certifying and educational body focused on building standards, creating community, and uplifting embodied scholarship in kink-based care. We are the home for those doing this work with intention and integrity. Learn more about our work in certification, research, training, and community building throughout the event.

This summit will be hosted live via Zoom. You’ll receive access links and tech instructions 48 hours before the event begins. Please double-check your email address during registration to ensure you receive all communication.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will CEUs be available?
We’re currently in the process of securing CEU approval. If approved, CEUs will be available as an optional add-on for $40. We expect to have a final answer by August 2025 and will notify all registered attendees.
Will replays be available?
Yes. All sessions will be recorded and made available to registered participants for a limited time after the event.
Is this summit only for certified professionals?
No. This space is open to anyone invested in ethical, kink-informed care, including students, somatic workers, body-based healers, and community educators.
Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?
All sessions are live and interactive. There will be no pre-recorded presentations.
Will there be breakout rooms?
Yes. On Day 2, participants can choose from five themed breakout rooms hosted by trained facilitators.
Is there a refund policy?
Because this is a self-funded event and access to replays is included, all ticket sales are final. However, if you’re unable to attend live, you’ll still receive full access to the recordings and attendee workbook.
Are scholarships or payment plans available?
We’re working to offer a limited number of need-based discounts. Details will be posted soon. If cost is a barrier, don’t hesitate to reach out.
